The meeting was held on the 09-10 December 2024 in Golcuk VET, Kocaeli, Turkey.

The third and final LTT (Learning, Teaching, Training) meeting of the UMTMS project was held to test and evaluate all outputs developed within the project. This meeting was attended by trainers, technical experts and vocational training representatives from the project partners. The main focus of the meeting was to test all scenarios of the developed simulation in its final form and to analyse the user experiences.

Participants observed the functioning of the system by applying the training scenarios created within the scope of the project in the simulation environment. As a result of the tests, the applicability of the simulation in vocational training, its user-friendly structure and technical competences were evaluated in detail. In addition, in line with the feedback received, suggestions for the wider use of the system were discussed.

With this meeting, all training and education activities of the UMTMS project were completed and strategies were determined among the partners on the sustainability and dissemination of the project outputs. The contributions of the project to improve the quality of vocational education were emphasised and ideas were exchanged on how to develop similar studies in the future. With the closing meeting, the project has officially ended, but the cooperation and communication between the partners will continue for the long-term use of the developed materials.
